Not your ordinary steakhouse, Butcher & Bull offers three different private dining areas in addition to our open main dining room.

Butcher
& Bull does not charge for the use of our rooms for private functions. Instead we have instituted food and beverage
minimums. The guaranteed minimums
(listed below) are neither a pricing structure nor do they affect menu
cost. Rather, they are simply the amount
you agree to spend on food and beverage for the exclusive use of our dining
rooms. Tax and gratuity do not apply towards the minimums.
The Wine Room
Viewable from N. Cherry Street, a fully-functioning wine cellar with open windows houses an extensive wine list and seats up to 16 for private dining.

The Bull Room
A medium sized dining room seats up to 30 people and can be completely closed off for an intimate dining experience.

The Butcher Room
The largest private dining space seating up to 45 people, gives a nod to the traditional butcher shop with a walk-in cooler-style entry, kitchen tile floors and butcher décor including aprons covering exposed brick walls.

All private dining functions will include 7% sales tax and 22% gratuity.
Guest counts finalized 72 hours in advance. Additional guests may be added with 24 hour notice. Our plated menu options are available for any guest function. Given the nature and size of our full menu options, our customizable plated menu is necessary for private dining and parties over 12 people. These menus enable our kitchen and staff to ensure quality and expedient services and products. Each guest will receive a custom menu with your menu option to choose from. Example menus are available upon request. Butcher & Bull can personalize the heading of your menu to highlight your special occasion. We are happy to assist with questions and dietary concerns. All items are plated and served as custom menu describes. We only offer substitutions if decided before menu creation. Plated Menu options will change seasonally. Side dishes and sauces will be based on seasonal availability and freshest quality. Each menu will be created personally for your event.
Cancellation Policy:
Butcher & Bull Private Dining Functions are secured with a $200 deposit payable with credit card. With
this we will create a house account to use for the night of the function. Deposits are refundable for cancellation 7
days or more in advance. All
cancellations must be submitted in writing to the restaurant manager. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to
function forfeit deposit unless function is rescheduled. Attendance is guaranteed 72 hours in advance. Payment Policy: Butcher
& Bull accepts final payment at the conclusion of the private function or
event in cash or credit card. To ensure
quality service for you and your guests, final payments must be made with no
more than 4 valid credit cards. Personal
checks are not accepted for final payment.
